1. Website and operator

horizontdiy.org is operated by the Ukrainian legal entity БЛАГОДІЙНА ОРГАНІЗАЦІЯ «МІЖНАРОДНИЙ БЛАГОДІЙНИЙ ФОНД «ГОРИЗОНТ ДІЙ»», EDRPOU 46238820, official English name INTERNATIONAL CHARITABLE FOUNDATION “ACTION HORIZON”. It publishes activities, campaigns, news, reports and contact options.

2. Donations and enquiries

The Public offer, Fundraising rules and Payment and refund rules govern donations. Browsing alone does not create a donation or email subscription.

An aid request does not guarantee assistance: decisions depend on programme criteria, verification and resources. Do not send harmful attachments, unnecessary personal information or sensitive military details. Arrange any delivery of goods in advance.

The Foundation does not sell goods or provide commercial services through this website, including to residents of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus. The website supports the Foundation’s charitable activities in Ukraine. Online donations are accepted subject to payment-service restrictions and applicable law; online card payment on the website is provided by the WayForPay payment service, which does not accept payments from the Russian Federation or the Republic of Belarus.

3. Materials and links

You may share public-page links. Before reusing photographs, video, logos or substantial content, check the rights and conditions attached to the material or contact us. Publication of a photograph does not authorise disclosure of additional information about the person shown.

Information about donors and beneficiaries in public reports is published only with their prior written consent. Personal information about serving military personnel and the numbers and deployment locations of military units receiving assistance are excluded from public reports.

Do not impersonate the Foundation or use its name for unapproved fundraising. Do not seek unauthorised access, disrupt the website or collect non-public personal information.

External resources have their own terms and policies. A link does not guarantee continued availability or unchanged content. Check the domain, recipient and conditions before paying.

Moving to the payment service

For an online payment, once enabled, the website redirects you to a WayForPay page on the wayforpay.com domain. That page has its own terms and notices; the Foundation is the recipient of the donation. A website fault, a closed tab or an unavailable email does not mean the transaction was cancelled: before donating again, check the status with your bank or the service’s receipt. Address questions about receipt and purpose of funds to the Foundation. Using the payment service does not remove the Foundation’s obligations under the donation agreement or rights guaranteed by applicable law.

4. Information updates and errors

Campaign figures may update with a delay, and purchasing plans may change under agreed rules. Publication dates matter to how current information is. Report errors, suspicious links or possible fraud to horizontdiy.help@gmail.com.

These terms do not remove statutory, donation-contract or data-protection duties, or restrict visitors’ mandatory rights.

5. Information, cookies and changes

The Privacy policy governs information processing; the Cookie policy and your separate choice govern optional tools. Using the website does not consent to analytics or email updates.
