About us
We don’t just watch things change
The International Charitable Foundation “Action Horizon” was registered in Kyiv in 2026. We help defenders and veterans, their families, children and everyone affected by the war — in six areas, from children’s facilities and home repairs to support for defenders. And we keep one principle: every expense has a document.
We support children, families and communities affected by the war: we help schools and kindergartens, help repair damaged homes and look after animal shelters. We also help defenders and veterans with vehicles, equipment and rehabilitation. Our help is targeted: we know who receives every item and why.
For us, donating is not a rare act of heroism but a normal part of a responsible modern life. That is why we don’t play on emotions — we show the figures, the documents and the results.

From request to report
Request
A school, community, family or unit sends its need with supporting documents.
Campaign
We open a campaign with a goal, an amount and a deadline.
Purchase
We buy and hand over the items with a signed certificate.
Report
We publish a report within 30 days of closing.
